Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

All deposits made to Superior Panel (accessible via https://superiorpanel.net) are final. No refunds will be made back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency wallets) under any circumstances.

Once a payment transaction is successfully completed, the funds are instantly credited to your platform balance. This balance must be used exclusively to place orders on Superior Panel. You agree not to file any disputes, chargebacks, or claims for any transaction completed on our website.

2. Order Failures and Cancellations

If an order cannot be completed due to technical issues, service downtime, or provider limitations, the following rules apply:

  • Canceled Orders: If an order is fully canceled, the entire amount charged will be refunded back to your Superior Panel account balance.
  • Partial Deliveries: If an order is partially delivered, the cost of the undelivered portion will be credited back to your Superior Panel account balance.

3. Invalid Links and Account Settings

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all target URLs, links, and order details are correct before placing an order. You must also ensure that the target social media profile, channel, or post is set to **"Public"** and does not have any country restrictions or age blocks.

We will not refund, refill, or cancel any order placed with incorrect links, or for accounts set to private/restricted. Once an order is placed on our panel, it is immediately sent to provider APIs and cannot be modified or aborted.

4. Overlapping and Double Orders

Do not place multiple orders for the same social media link from Superior Panel or from other panels at the same time. The starts and ends counts of our tracking system rely on the total count on the page. If counts overlap, the system will assume delivery has been completed. No refunds or refills will be provided for overlapping orders.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you file a dispute or a chargeback with your card issuer, bank, or payment gateway after completing a deposit on Superior Panel, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your Superior Panel user account.
  • Cancel any active orders currently in progress.
  • Void any remaining balance in your account.
  • Take measures to remove or revoke any followers, likes, views, or other engagements that were delivered to your profiles.

6. Refill Guarantee

Some of our services include a Refill Guarantee (e.g., 30-day refill). If the count drops within the guarantee period, you may request a refill via a support ticket. To qualify for a refill, the current count must not be below the start count of the order, and the drop must have occurred within the specified timeframe. Refills are handled by the providers and may take up to 24–48 hours to process.
